Spyros is the Managing Partner of EMA Partners with over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. He works closely with boards and executive teams to identify, assess, and appoint C-level and senior leaders in roles that are pivotal to strategy, transformation, and organizational performance.
He leads high-stakes mandates across multinational and Greek organizations, bringing a proven track record of placing executives who drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term impact.
ASSOCIATE
Athina has a multidisciplinary background combining legal expertise, human resources operations, and executive search.
She began her career as a lawyer and was admitted to the Athens Bar Association, developing a foundation in compliance, analytical thinking, and regulatory frameworks.
Over time, she transitioned into the field of Human Resources, bringing a structured mindset shaped by her legal training.
Athina has been working as an Executive Search Associate at EMA Partners, contributing to senior-level search assignments through market research, talent mapping, and executive candidate assessment.
