Our 7-Steps Assessment Center

Preparing Candidates to trust the process and enjoy it in order to be able to exhibit their best.

We assess each candidate through at least 2 interview by 2 interviewers.

Hogan Assessment Tools

Simulation of strategic problems candidates would encounter in the new role, as individuals or leaders of a team.

Group exercises through which observers can draw safe conclusions about the leadership skills of executives, their teamwork, cooperation and more.

Provide detailed feedback to candidates on the performance in the process always safely, without getting involved in the potential decisions of the client.

Upon completion of the process, we deliver to our client a complete report with scoring of each participant per exercise and with our overall evaluation of their strengths and the areas to developed.
